The 24V wheel hub motor servo controller is a low-voltage DC brushless motor controller, with customizable external dimensions and specific functional feet that can be adjusted according to customer needs.

1、 Introduction to Connection Ports

1. Power input connection port and 485 communication port: （7*2.54mm  vertical socket）

（1）（2）foot     VCC  +36V

Positive input pin of motor main power supply, 36V (note: to meet high current requirements, dual line parallel input is used)

(3) Communication port 485A

(4) Communication port 485B

(5) (6) Ground wire (GND)

Ground wire (GND) (note: To meet the requirements of high current, double line parallel connection is used)

(7) 12V auxiliary power supply

2、 Protection mechanism

  When the control system detects motor stalling, the system will automatically shut down the output.

  Overcurrent protection: When there is a short circuit between two or three phases， the control system will enter a protection state.
